At the request of Kyle I am posting my Chicken and Noodles recipes.  It’s a simple dish that does not take much but there is an order of things.  If you don’t do it in the right order then you end up with a blob of noodles and it does not have the same flavor.

  • 2 Chicken Breast
  • 3 Cans of Chicken Broth
  • 1 Stick of butter
  • 1 bag (12 Oz) NoYolks Dumplings (or Skinner extra wide noodles)
  • 1 or 2 cans of Evaporated Milk
  • Salt and Pepper

That’s all there is to it, and here is how I do it.  Boil the chicken in the broth until they are cooked all the way through.  Remove from the broth and allow to cool, then pull the chicken apart until it is all in bite size pieces.  Heat up the broth and drop in the stick of butter and then the noodles.  Allow the noodles to soak in the broth, stirring on occasion, then add the chicken.  You can add water if the noodles are getting dry and the chicken broth has ran out.  When the noodles are close to being done, add the chicken and pour in a can of the evaporated milk. Add more evaporated milk as desired to reach the thickness you desire for the dish. Now just add salt and pepper to taste and put it on the table.
